We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices. Minor variations (e.g. colour, packaging) may occur. If an error is material, we may cancel or adjust the order and notify you.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed. Promotional pricing may have stated limits. Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Order acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders (for example, due to stock, payment issues, or suspected fraud). You will receive confirmation when your order is accepted. Digital content access is granted according to the product terms shown at purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANJANAM and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction in question in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
