Where is my order?
Open the ANJANAM app → My Orders to track status. You’ll also get updates by email/SMS when provided.
How do I change my delivery address?
Update saved addresses in Account before checkout. For an existing order, contact support as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once shipped.
How do I access an article or video I bought?
Sign in with the same account used at purchase. Digital items appear under Articles/Videos or your order details. If access fails, email support with your order ID.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card number.
Order help
- Include your order ID and a short description of the issue.
- For damaged goods, attach clear photos of the package and item.
- We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
Refund requests
Read our Refund Policy for eligibility. To start a request, email support@anjanam.store with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
