Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made through ANJANAM. It applies in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Physical products — return window
For eligible physical goods, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, unless a different period is stated on the product page or required by law. The item should be unused, in original packaging with tags intact, unless defective.
Conditions for return eligibility
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
- Items must not be damaged by misuse.
- Hygiene-sensitive, perishable, or personalized items may be excluded where stated at purchase.
- Defective or wrong items: report promptly with photos; we will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
Digital products (articles, videos, and similar)
- Digital content you have successfully accessed or downloaded may be non-refundable once delivery is complete, except where required by law or if access failed due to our error.
- If you cannot access purchased digital content after payment, contact support within 7 days; we will investigate and refund or restore access if the fault is ours.
- Free previews or samples do not create a payment obligation.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method where possible. Bank or card networks typically complete credits within 5–14 business days after we process the refund. UPI/wallet timelines may vary.
Non-refundable situations
- Digital content after access has been granted, except as above or as required by law.
- Items excluded at point of sale (clearly marked non-returnable).
- Damage caused after delivery or by improper use.
- Abuse of returns or fraud.
How to request a return or refund
Use the in-app order flow where available, or email support.anjanam@gmail.com with your order ID, item(s), and reason. We will confirm next steps within 2 business days.
